A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, I will move your deposit one time as long as you let me know 48 hours in advance. Please note that while we wish to accommodate everyone, permanent makeup is NOT recommended for clients who have the following:

Pregnant (Nursing mothers may receive the service only without numbing anesthetics), Diabetic, Viral infections and/or diseases, Epilepsy, A Pacemaker or major heart problems, Had an Organ transplant, Tendency towards keloids, Seborrheic dermatitis, Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.), Sick (cold, flu, etc.), Had Botox in the past 2 weeks, Used Accutane in the past year , Use Retin-A, Accutane regularly, Has received laser treatments, glycolic peels, chemical peels around the treatment area within the past month, Allergic to anesthetic (if you opt to use anesthetics for procedure), Extremely Oily or Problematic Skin
